The menu of this day from November 11th to € 30th has a bitter taste: rice pads too cooked, and without the expected parsillade, magret with foie gras but without it, requested rosé, served very cooked and to finish an industrial dessert. In addition, quantities are more than limited. I'm really disappointed, very cooked, low-end industrial dessert.
