Le Chrysanthème - Saint-Sauveur

I don't understand the Rave reviews. Portions were decent size, but it's really just pub quality food in a humid pub (you can smell cigarette smoke wafting from somewhere) Poutine was meh. Chicken wings were old and reheated. We were tired, ate and quickly gone.

We had the braided lamb and the cattle cheek. Both were excellent and value $22. We would have paid twice for the same. Large pub atmosphere

We went to the old Orchard on Monday, August 16th... It looks busy and had many free table on the terrace, but they were dirty and full of used dishes... We waited for ten minutes and no waitress confirms our presence or told us... We were ignored.... I understand that there may be a lack of personnel... but to show respect, you can say hello and say it won't be long... or something like that... After we had to wait 5 minutes, we went somewhere else...

The sign was sweet, so we decided to eat there. My husband wasn't too sure, but as soon as we passed the naughty things on the door, we were like Flynn. We sat in a stand and a waitress came right away and... starting with the recommendation for me a local beer! Then she helped me with my decision that I did not regret! I had the Stout Bratbeef! YUM! The Veg, the Maische and the BEEF were divine. I'm stuffed, but happy! It was a good meal. We enjoyed the atmosphere very much. The service was excellent and the foor was great! My Picky escenders liked it too!

Service very friendly dog friendly. Ate on the terrace with our new puppy. They gave us a water bowl !! So nice. Atmosphere relaxed and chill. Hamburger with sweet potato fries was very nice with a red ale beer. Yum !!! Great way to...finish off the week : :
