A&w Canada - Saint-Sauveur

I ordered a burger without bacon twice this summer and both times received burgers with bacon, despite my receipts clearly showing the correct order.

I should have checked the reviews before walking over here from the hotel. Maybe advertise A&W is only open through drive-thru from 10 to 11 pm?

Good service. There was an electric outage. They could not serve us the burger we ordered so we came back a week after and made it up for us. Excellent way to make it up. And the outage was not in their control. That’s good customer service. Btw, Food was good to!

The service at this restaurant was terrible. The dining room was closed, so we had to order takeout, which was no problem. However, when I asked the manager if we could wait inside because it was a cold night and we were on foot, he refused and became very angry, condescending, and insulting. It was a simple request that he didn't have to go out of his way for, and his behavior was completely unacceptable. It's clear that he is not suited for a job in customer service.
