Brothers Bbq - Saint Robert

We have tried the local alternatives and finally have time to try Brother BBQ. I drive as a half truck driver and had BBQ from NC, AL, TX, AR and GA plus Korea while I was in the army. I can tell you I'm a little BBQ snob and this place is Top 5 of 30. If you have a liquid smoke allergy, it may not be for you, but their brine mixed with their dry rubbing is fantastic. I spent $50 and tried everything except the pulled pork and hott links and they received a very solid recommendation. From their friendly service to their sauce, the money is worth. The brisket has not much of a crust, the ribs are not glazed with sauce, and the drinks are just cans. But these are only small niggers compared to taste and taste they offer.

So I could finally get something bbq. After I tried several times, I finally made it. I have to say I was really impressed and I am very picky. The brisket was tender and not dry and the pulled pig was amazing. I don't find many potato salads I like, but they were on the point. I may have had only two choices that happen because they are sold out quickly, but you bet I'm back. Thanks guys, it was out of the chain.

Try Brothers BBQ!! You will not be disappointed!! The brisket is delicate, ribs are smokey and full of taste, the beans were brilliant!!! But the green... oh my!!!! Best green I ever had! I never command greens because they are usually bland or too salty, but these were from this world! BBQ Sauce was also good!! Had a great dinner, pig, brisket, ribs and all sides for 25 dollars! Fed three hungry people!! Great prices and good food! Will be back...soon!!!

Meat Koma...... this BBQ is brilliant, trying the ribs.... bones suck comfort; had the Big Brother Sandwich because I can never decide which meat to have; one of the best sandwiches around no question, no doubt. We have a good grill in this area brothers are among the best
