Thanks to Annabelle who took the time to explain everything about manufacturing and who made us taste these delicious fruits confits... a real exceptional feast ... there are no more many confident artisans in France today!! It has been a family business for 4 or 5 generations and the last of the name has pushed perfection to plant its own almond trees so that they can also achieve wonderful baits!
