Bistro1909 - Saint-Rémi

I ate a very good dinner for $12.99 in this place. The meal included soup, meals and desserts and coffee. There was a choice of $9.99 that my colleague appreciated.The waitresses were smiling and made sure that all were fine at our table. The choices of desserts are shown to the customer on a plate before his choice. They were all appetizing.

The restaurant was well before...There have been several changes in owners in recent years for the best and the worst. The menu of the day went from 5 choices to 3 choices the last few times I went there and were rarely interesting. The staff sometimes seems lost. The service is usually long as there is a bit of a landing. The servings are generous but there are some of the best options in St-Remi.It's unhappy because I've had a lot of time at this restaurant in the last few years but not anymore because I always feel disappointed.

Good lunch, friendly waitress. small place with bacon egg lunches and healthy dish (fruits, bagel.)

The service is really awful. completely unadvised. We arrived at 5am and at 9am we were not yet served. No one offered us a drink or even bread. But the food was good. but for the zero-foot service a bar.

Our colleagues suggest that we eat in front of the church for a good and not too expensive lunch. We enter the side and we settle in the room where already 2 tables are occupied by 6 people. the menu of the noon is displayed to a black painting at the color chalk. there is a menu table d'hôte including the cream of vegetables, and a choice of wrap with grilled vegetables and goat, my choice, the burger type big mac with fries and salad and the Dutch salmon sauce. my partner selects the panini with squished pork at a small price that seems tasty. the soup r.comfort but is a little bit of any; my burger is gargantuesque with cheese and not easy to handle but it is not a chef d, culinary work. the populace enters into a saccade and quickly the place fills but the service remains well and attentive. the waitress serves us coffee and presents a chix included of 4 desserts including the coffee mousse I choose, the fruit salad, strawberry mousse or the queen cake - elzabeth, all good my faith. a hearty meal at a very modest price and the atmosphere with wood furniture that is not recent but Canadian. It's worth a passage if you have time.
