Is it normal to buy an emmental ham sandwich and see that ham is dry with a doubtful taste? The bread is hard to lose a tooth... Really disappointed! I'm not coming back!

Good reception pizzas were very good and my flan parts too soon

I came 10 minutes before closing this day, as usual at this hour many articles are at -50.% I ask if the pizzas are also there, I am told that no I decide to take it anyway, and after serving the pizzas, the seller put everything under my eyes.
