5 stars well deserved by this young passionate and caring couple of customers! a creative chef who will delight your taste buds with selected local products that he brings the best! his companion brings his touch in a very complementary room with a visible smile despite the mask of rigor due to the covidé, a service of quality and very professional. no false notes, breakfasts are also copied and good bills. the value ratio is excellent and you will probably be bluffed to discover a table of this quality in this very mountainous environment and it is a real pleasure! being able to sleep on site is also a real property since the establishment is completely non-smoking.

Excellent restaurant in St Pierre d'Entremont. The frame is very pleasant (this mill was completely renovated less than 5 years ago). River view if you eat on the terrace. The dishes are excellent, I highly recommend this restaurant if you pass by St Pierre.

The dishes are just, perfectly balanced in the flavors, and giving the card makes you want any taste! An exceptional table Everything is perfect. Service, terrace, view, and above all the kitchen, exceptional. The half-board menu is fantastic, well beyond everything we have experienced in our holiday cottages. Great cuisine worthy of a starred restaurant: perfect cooking, delicious flavors, very pretty presentations. Go away.

Probably one of the best addresses in the region. The setting is superb, the terasse overlooks the river and offers a magnificent view of the mountains. The inside of the restaurant is cosi without making too much. The welcome is very warm, the impeccable service. We took the menu. The dishes are mastered to perfection. In each dish, we find a note that enhances the whole. The result is a superb balance of flavours. Speaking with the chef, he asked us if we had a remark on the dishes. We're always looking...
