I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. My chicken was overcooked and appeared to have been prepared poorly. The rude customer service only made things worse. An older woman literally slammed the window shut before acknowledging us, despite us trying to get her attention. Then she told me they didn’t have honey or hot sauce! There’s really no excuse for being rude; if they don’t enjoy their job, they should find something else that makes them happy. This happened today around 1 PM. The chicken was not crispy at all—it felt like it had been reheated in the microwave, and the skin was soft and gummy. Definitely not worth the $7 I spent.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the rude staff. I placed an order in the drive-thru for four meals, but when I approached the window, the employee only mentioned two Pepsis. I informed her that I had ordered four meals, and as I was trying to clarify my order, she abruptly shut the window on me and summoned another employee. They acknowledged that they had missed one of my meals, which is understandable since mistakes can happen. However, when I explained my other order, she left and came back with something I hadn't ordered. I then had to go inside to get the correct item. The young man who took my order was still in training, and I didn't have any issues with him. My main problem was with the two female employees who were quite unprofessional.

As a manager in the food industry, I found this experience to be very disappointing. Two staff members working today at 6:30 PM on September 17 were incredibly rude to my father. They repeatedly made mistakes, and one of them even slammed the window in his face. I understand that being understaffed can be challenging, but if they continue to hire only the bare minimum, it will lead to more issues in the future.

Once again order messed up!This time no biskets, butter or honey? 13th time in less than a year, really?, and paid for a FULL MEAL AND WAS RIPPED OFF AGAIN! Owe at least one meal maybe two, done with this location due to the lack of quality.
