Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle started as a great company with reasonably priced healthy food.. unfortunately, like every other company who is in just for the money, their principles have changed. The food is way less quality, the amount price is ridiculous now. Customer service is a joke. They have dozens of people working in there, yet the drinks station is always out of something. Third time in a row i went there and they didn't have a single fork. You go back to ask for one and they look at you annoyed. The owners managers need to go in the stores and look at what their employees are doing. I'm done with Chipotle.

Apparently you can no longer order a kids quesadilla meal at this location..... Was told after we ordered our bowls that they will only make a cheese quesadillas (large or kids meal) for online orders....and staff proceeded to look at me like I had 3 heads for requesting it..... Wasn't a problem when I ordered his meal 2 weeks ago.... Perhaps they need to put a sign next the item on the menu board or something so people know while waiting in line. So much for easy dinner night......since I'll be making my son something just for him when we get home.....

The bowl with white rice, black bran and huh is one of my most popular! the load was clean. really liked their selection of non-carbonated drinks. chips with hot salsa! yum!

Two stars because a few of the people who work at this place are great. but the majority are rude and lack of customer service. 90% of the time I am disappointed by the portion sizes, especially as I see how the guacamole spoon is hardly immersed in the guacamole that is extra paid, and the terrible customer service of the people who work on the line and cash. tonight for the Halloween booritos I was told that I was not in the costume and could not participate in the fun annual tradition, although I was dressed. extremely disappointed and wish that their management would see the steep descent slides that they are coming down.

Extremely dissatisfied. we destroyed the door and chipotle didn't even screw up our order, but 2x. the first time that she ordered the half of our $75 order in the pocket 1 of 1 and after the submission of a complaining with door pocket, because chipotle would not answer and we needed it delivered, she did not give us several orders of chips with our salsa. so we finally get the children cold eating at 8 o'clock after an hour Chipotle screws. photo 1: our large pocket of chips, literally less than what lays would give them. photo 2: our day from the first bag photo 3: day from the second bag photo 4: shows our 3 orders of chips with red salsa we do not receive.
