Chick-fil-a - SAINT PETERSBURG

By far the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been!! I gave you the chance at random and everything in this restaurant is getting worse!! Today my order was wrong again and the pommes were so old and barley half filled up. Honestly, you guys have such great standards in the people you hire, and the food you all used to destroy, but it was nothing but a terrible experience in recent years. Especially last year or so. I can't even believe that I'm saying that because Chick-fil-A and Starbucks are two main places that I myself and many people go because they are always known for their great customer service (as usual), but now everyone is so rude and unpredictable about you, and can't give more orders? How sad. And if you try to call the restaurant, no one will ever answer and no one will ever call you back if a voicemail. Today was the last straw for me, and I will never come to this place again and will tell everyone in the area that I never know come to this place too. And I can see all the other reviews that are many similar, so it's sad to see it and say it, but I? I'm not the only one!! It is a systematic problem and it all begins with the lace of the chain? so that the lack of care respect and just an order right, clearly the management has zero standards for the team

The staff is usually nice and you get your food pretty fast the most time. You need to stop placing napkins on the Large Fries container. If you order large frits, you should get big frits, not small frits with napkins stuck in the top to fill it. It happened a few times, so I have to check it every time I order it. You should get what you pay for.

They're great until dinner. But until the interview process. The guy who interviewed me today was very rude and made me feel very circumcised. His facial expressions weren't very nice either. I've never felt so uncomfortable in an interview. I will definitely not work for this place. You need someone professional and not so rude to manage and interview!

This is usually a good service restaurant but today i ordered a chik fila biscut and this is what got. Biscuit no chicken

Every Chick-Fil-A is busy and this one is no exception. The service, however is quick and good. The chicken Sandwich is famous and I don't need to say much about it. This time, I brought the milk shakes, both are average at best, for the price and size, many place can easily be better. The shake is 2 stars for me.
