Amigos Tortilla - SAINT PETERSBURG

Amigos is a Mexican restaurant that has a nice location on Central in St. Pete. The waiting staff is very accommodating and for us they immediately assembled tables for our group of eight. Our waitress gave us suggestions and information about the specials. The bowls as you see from the reviews are huge and delicious. I had the Taco court and we all agreed that the chicken taco was very good. The special, a mushroom taco, must still be perfected in my opinion. At our table, three of the members had to wait eight minutes for their food, which was a bit unpleasant for us with food. Regardless of this, this place is a good choice.

The best Mexican restaurant in St Pete. You always go beyond and beyond to make you a happy customer and a crazy amount of effort to provide an authentic delicious menu. You have the best REAL pastor tacos and mushroom soup that I have eaten in 5 years outside of Mexico City until I got homeweh and my eyes full of cheerful tears! They have a scratch kitchen and make everything on site, all their ingredients are fresh and service is always on point. You will not regret coming here We love coming here.

The best Burrito dish I ever had. The chicken was very tender. Everything tasted fresh. The atmosphere was welcoming and open. Great service. If you're in the town of St. Pete, you have to go here. Far better than Chipotle.

Update Need to go back to traditional Mexican on the vegetables. The parsnips/eggplant/squash are weird. Also please take Invasion Pale Ale off the the menu. Other than that, all is great. Great service, atmosphere, and food! Well played St Pete foodies! The veggie fajitas were super delicious. Corn tortillas were fresh and soft!

Amigos is a fun place, open air restaurant it is full service, affordable and with interesting menu ideas. must not wait long. I had a fried avocado tape that was surprisingly good. the garnelen taco and carnitas were also good. they had a sauce from kiwis. there were beer and margaritas to drink. the music played in this night was mainly latin jazz. I enjoyed it!
