Contribuiți la feedbackThere was only one person working and we got stuck in drive thru- cars in front of us and behind us…wasted 40 minutes and cars wouldn’t move the car in front of us or behind us. I needed to breastfeed/pump but literally got stuck and couldn’t get out. Thankfully the one employee got the one car to pull to the side to let us out. Employees are super nice but this location is severely understaffed.
I and my daughter stay in this place before they go home. Best Jack in Box in St. Charles County. The manager Anthony is very professional, working hard and friendly and eating is always hot.
If it turns up? The hours are well sketched, says 24 hours? I guess sometimes. The order is correct, the staff is also on the move. Simply turn a coin for hours
Claims 24 hours to be open, but never seems open. Worst Jack in the box in Missouri. Eating tastes terrible, constantly out of stock, and always understated. You could drive a Disneyland ride and not be better back to your meal, but the line is moving. I swear to God, it takes at least 30-45 minutes for a Jr. Bacon and some Tacos. Each body that reads this must be 5 minutes away in the Saint Charles location. Place your order to the app and go from there in 10 minutes max! Seriously all these terrible managers fire and get better with better wages. I think these employees have no incentive to work under these extreme conditions. GO TO SAINT CHARLES!!!!
At 9:50 I left the work to break and get my lunch from this place. I live 5min from this place and I've been here for 7 years, I run into some problems, but nothing like tonight. There was a line of 7 cars including me, I came here at 9:58. There was a silver Malibu, who circled the parking lot and decided that they would stick to them between the line and look like they would cut me off or the person behind me. They cut the person behind me and when the line began to move after 10min, the cashier did not react, so I said hi and his sound like 2 people answered at the same time and told me to wait for them to finish orders. I sat there patiently for 15min and when I moved forward, they greeted the Malibu who took the person behind me their mission. They totally ignored me and knew I was her waiting after they told me I was giving them time to finish orders. I had to go because I was at work 10 minutes late. The people running the place were two women and all I could see through the window. I will come back to try to see if I can possibly talk to a manager about this situation if not this review hopefully attract some attention because the treatment I got tonight was incredible. According to this experience, if I can tolerate more problems from this place. Honestly, this will probably be my list visit.
