Yoerg Brewing Company - Saint Paul

This brewery is a lot of fun! They offer a fantastic selection of imported beers and wines, many of which are available on tap. The menu also features a variety of sausages and pretzels, along with other intriguing dishes like pickled eggs and alcohol-infused pies. I enjoy ordering a flight of beers that ranges from lighter to darker options, finishing off with a dessert beer. I’ve been a regular since they opened, and I love being a customer here. I plan to return often to explore their new beers and food offerings. If you visit, be sure to chat with the bartender—he's highly knowledgeable about beers, food, and places like Belgium!

The best brewery in town! I really appreciate how they have preserved the true essence of brewing and their informative menu. In addition to the delicious German beers, they also offer their own house beers, which are expertly crafted to delight the palate. I absolutely loved the food—wow! The flavors were both simple and rich. I regret not discovering this place sooner, but I'm so glad I finally had the chance to experience it.

Update: The bar/restaurant is now beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a romantic and festive atmosphere! I was just there two nights ago, and Tom is gradually introducing a selection of dark beers from Europe, perfect for those chilly nights in St. Paul. I tried a Ukrainian Baltic Porter that was simply unbelievable—so ideal for a cold and snowy evening. I absolutely love the atmosphere and vibe at Yoerg!

This is the place to go if you are looking for rare beers especially Belgian and other European styles. I was impressed that they even had the matching glassware to go along with the beer you order. They have great food menu to go along with the delicious beers, ciders, and wines. The bartenders are very knowledgeable about the drinks they are serving.

Awesome European pub style brewery. Very cozy and friendly staff. Can't wait to go back and try all the import beers they have.
