Contribuiți la feedbackMy recent visit to [Tokyo Sushi- all you can eat in WSP] left a bitter taste in my mouth, despite the fact that the food served was truly exceptional. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by an appalling level of service and unprofessional conduct from the staff. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that the waitress assigned to my table lacked basic courtesy and attentiveness. Throughout the evening, I struggled to get her attention for even the simplest requests. It was frustrating to feel neglected and ignored while dining at the restaurant. And yes, it was quite empty inside the restaurant during this time.To make matters worse, when it was time to settle the bill, the waiter began hovering over my table, pressuring me to sign the receipt hastily while we’re finishing our dessert. Upon realizing that I hadn 't left an additional tip (due to the terrible service and horrible attitude she had) which she later used as an excuse to deny us any future visits to the restaurant. She unleashed a barrage of insults directed towards me and my dining companion. She had the audacity to accuse us of overindulging at the all-you-can-eat establishment. Her threat of banning us from the establishment for these reasons was both unprofessional and unacceptable.Infuriated by this unprofessional behavior, I immediately sought out the manager to address the issue. Despite my grievances, the manager failed to take any substantial action to rectify the situation, further highlighting the lack of concern for customer satisfaction. His half-hearted apology felt insincere and did nothing to remedy the situation at hand. It was clear that he either lacked the authority or the willingness to address customer complaints effectivelyAdding insult to injury, I witnessed the offensive waitress openly mocking the encounter with another member of the staff. This display of unprofessionalism and lack of respect towards customers was disheartening and completely unbecoming of a supposedly reputable establishment. It is disheartening to see such an exemplary culinary experience tarnished by the disgraceful conduct of the staff. While I cannot deny the quality of the food, the subpar service I encountered at [Toyko Sushi- all you can eat in WSP] has left an indelible mark on my perception of the establishment. I sincerely hope that the management takes swift action to address these issues and reevaluate their hiring and training practices.Until significant improvements are made to the service and staff professionalism, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this establishment to others seeking an enjoyable dining experience.
My 6 yr Olds favorite spot. I have tried other all you can eat sushi. Like kyoto sushi. But Tokyo sushi is way better. Service is awesome as well. I'm lucky it's close to home. Recommend 100%.
The restaurant is clean, and the atmosphere is similar to many other Chinese owned sushi buffets. The service is good, portions are small but you can continue to order until you're satisfied. The food is comparable to other sushi and sashimi places such as Akita or Kyoto--fresh and flavorful. My kids like it, and request to eat here for their rewards/celebration for good grades or being helpful.
Good sit-down buffet. Nice place for a larger party. Food is freshly made and staff is great!Vegetarian options: Sweet potato roll (hold the eel sauce) is my favorite. They also have avocado and avocado-peanut rolls. The buffet is overpriced if you're just eating vegetables, though. Takeout is probably a better option if you're plant-based.
They're having a fantastic service and of course they're made all fresh made of the sushi it's was too much I was almost can not finish up.
