Great bar, but Kayla was rude, didn't come to my table and when I went up to order for the 2nd time from a different server I was spoken to very rudely. When that server brought my drink and filled my water bottle she was rude to him... very strangedynamic for 7am... just be kind Kayla.

Absolutely terrible! They shut down the kitchen right in the middle of lunch service. I didn't even have the opportunity to taste the food, but the appalling service alone is enough to ensure I won't be returning.

I visited the restaurant on a busy Saturday morning and was greeted by the most wonderful worker. She truly brightened my day and stood out in today's world of overworked and frustrated employees who often lack genuine connection with customers. Her kindness was like a breath of fresh air. This beautiful soul deserves all the praise. To the Asian American woman at the counter today, thank you on behalf of all the travelers you chatted with. Your kindness makes a difference every time you interact with a customer.

I visited the restaurant on Sunday at 1:25pm and ordered two sandwiches. Unfortunately, I got food poisoning from the ABC club sandwich. Despite witnessing multiple food safety violations, including employees not washing their hands or changing gloves, touching raw chicken and then handling American cheese, and wearing face masks incorrectly, I still ate my sandwich. I have reported these observations to the Minnesota Department of Health. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than attending to customers. My experience was so disappointing that I doubt I will ever eat at the airport restaurant again.

Very poor experience, particularly for an airport establishment. Dirty tables. Very slow service. I ordered a dip platter because I thought it would be fast but waited for over half an hour with no acknowledgement from the waitress. Could benefitfrom an additional server in the offshoot section.
