Skyva - Saint Paul

When my go-to Deli closed in this food court (the Nectary) I needed to find a new place for my Sandwich, Wrap, Salad and Soup cravings. Skyva has filled that void nicely! They have a wide range of options and everything I have tried has been good. They also have mutliple daily specials. Today I tried the Cuban Special which came on a pita wrap loaded with delicious pork, ham and provolone. I will be getting that again. My goto is usually the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. The staff is always friendly and they move quickly.

So I read the reviews. Had to find out for meself. Soup sounded fab this cold, blustery Thursday morning. Got the Chicken Poblano bowl Spicy Chicken sandwich to go. Excellent choices, both. Soup was flavourful, rich, mm MM good! Sandwich tapped all my taste buds, and then some... Brandon et familia (pictured) prepped this yummy grub from scratch, even though it wasn’t quite opening time for them. Truly, truly nice people... Next up, Mac Cheese Friday Skyva!

I picked up a club sandwich from here for lunch the other day and will say that it was fantastic. Essentially a restaurant quality triple decker club sandwich for $7. It tasted great! service is a little slow, but they make everything fresh right in front of you. Our office usually orders from them for lunch meetings. A few of the employees actually requested that we make Skyva our default lunch spot to order catering from! Awesome sandwiches and wraps.

AMAZING FOOD! I had the Spicy chicken lettuce wraps. They have Fresh, great tasting and unique menu options. I wish they had longer hours and were open on weekends! Super delicious stuff. Yum!
