Red Lobster Oakdale - Saint Paul

The service at this restaurant was extremely slow and disorganized. It took 20 minutes for our orders to be taken, 40 minutes for our drinks to arrive, and over an hour for our food to be served. When the food finally came, it was incorrect multiple times, with one dish missing all the seafood. The manager admitted that this was not normal and did not offer a proper apology. It seemed like the kitchen was in chaos. I understand that they may be understaffed, but perhaps they should consider seating fewer tables so they can provide better service to those who are there, especially during promotions like endless shrimp where customers expect multiple rounds without waiting for hours.

We were disappointed when we arrived on time for our reservation, only to be told that we would have to wait an additional 20 minutes. It was frustrating to see other guests without reservations being seated before us, even though we had arrived earlier.

The 3 types of shrimp for $18 was a steal. Ever bite was delicious and tried a couple of new drinks.

I will never return to this restaurant. It was a terrible experience and way overpriced.

The food was disappointing. The server tried to make it enjoyable.
