My favorite dedicated gluten-free pizza spot for those with celiac disease in the Twin Cities! The entire kitchen is free from gluten and wheat. The owners are very open about their cooking methods and the ingredients they use. The pizza is absolutely delicious, and I plan to keep returning. Just a heads up, it’s only a take-out place and doesn’t offer dine-in options.

You won't come across a Celiac-friendly gem like this in many places in the US. The pizza is incredible, even if it weren't gluten-free—but fortunately, it is! With three members of my family having Celiac disease, we never feel ill after eating here. Thank you so much!
