Pink Flower Vietnamese - Saint Paul

In my opinion, the highlight of Pink Flower is definitely their egg rolls. They serve the best egg rolls I've ever had! The accompanying fish sauce is incredible and pairs perfectly with them. I also tried the roasted chicken rice, which was quite good as well.

One of my favorite restaurants in Minnesota! I love the lo mein fried rice, sesame chicken, and egg rolls. They also have fantastic pho! I know the items I mentioned are quite basic, but my kids enjoy them, and so do I.

The hare dish became more flavorful when I thought back on it, but I hadn't returned for a while due to their frequent changes in the soup. The broth has a delightful Thai tom yum flavor, infused with a wonderful hint of lemongrass. Unfortunately, the pig's feet were still cold in the middle; perhaps they need to be heated more thoroughly from frozen. My potato beef was a bit overcooked, but the slices of beef were tender and delicious, while the potato slices were thin yet still crunchy. Overall, the food is good, and the service is fast!

At the first meal in this restaurant. Staff/owners are exceptionally friendly. The food was okay. I had chicken fried rice lunch special. It wasn't spectacular, it was just okay. I also had fresh spring rolls that were warm. I'm not used to it and it wasn't my favorite. I love spring rolls like I love Tacos. So it's sad if you don't meet my expectations. I know my mother would love this place so that I will return as often as she wants. It's good to have tried something new.

A good friend of mine who moved to Las Vegas was in town and loves Pink Flower. With him being back of course we had to go to one of his favorite places to eat and this surprisingly was my first time being there. The reason why I?m giving this a three-star review is because the five other people with me all enjoyed their meals. Unfortunately, I didn?t enjoy mine as much as they did. I ordered the C5, sweet-and-sour chicken with a side of fried rice. The outer layer of the chicken was very thick and a little chewy with a small piece of chicken inside, and the sweet-and-sour sauce tasted a little off to me. It wasn?t a terrific first experience for me as I couldn?t finish the chicken. The fried rice on the side was very plain and needed a good amount of soy sauce to have some flavor. I?m not gonna knock it though I?ll definitely be back in the future. The staff and owners were very friendly and the service was fast and great. The menu is very large so I?m sure there are going to be quite a few items that I will be able to enjoy when I go back. I would recommend trying this location if ever in Mounds View, Minnesota bring a friend or two! Maybe don?t try the C5 :
