Perkins Restaurant - Saint Paul

The service here was great and the food was also very good. The portions are kind of medium for the amount of money spent. That statement coming from me is quite telling because I don't eat very much when I'm eating at a restaurant. I get full quickly and I would say the portion was just right for me. There are people who would probably not be full at the end of the meal.

Great food with a nice portion size. Good service with a nice, friendly staff. Interior is reminiscent of an upscale Denny's nice, but could use some modernization. Kind of place I would like to see on a long road trip when my hunger hits!

I had lunch there with a friend. The service was very good. I love their tomato basil soup, so that's what I had. It is a great place for pie. The food is always ample, but not gourmet. Just simple fair.
