Contribuiți la feedbackWhen I received my order, it was the wrong pizza. Someone had gotten mine and I had gotten theirs. I called the location... It also happened to be after closing time... I spoke to a very kind young woman who I assume was the night Manager and I told her the situation... thinking to myself that since it was past closing, I wouldn't get anything resolved or I'd get blown off... she had to call her driver and let him know or ask him about what happened and said she'd call me right back. To my surprise, she called me back and profusely apologized. She felt bad and said she was going to turn the ovens back on and have the correct pizza sent out. I was quite pleased with the customer service and politeness of both her and the driver. Mad props to her and this location. I wasnt upset as I am aware that accidents do happen. Thanks Papa John's!
I've ordered papa johns tons of times and it always comes from this location. Yeah maybe once they have forgotten a side sauce. Meh. It's so consistent though, pizza wise. This last time they called me to let me know my cheese-less pizza had cheese in the crust. So nice!! I know they are busy and they still called to tell me <3
Fast food, so I don't have too high expectations. But they consistently forget things and ignore special requests. They make square cut when cake slice is asked or vice versa, they have forgotten diving cups with wings 3 times in the last 2 months, pizza comes cold, even if it is delivered super fast. Not sure how to get cold in the 25 minutes between ordering time and delivery. I was told I'd get a loan, but I didn't get one. Just reason? 2 stars it was fast... so if you? re drunk and hungry, at least they come through quickly, even with cold pizza and missing items.
If you order Pitza, they will charge you more money or they will say we have no more
I checked the website to see when this store closed and it said 12:00. So I called at 10:55 to order a pizza, because I thought they would be open for over an hour. When someone picked up they asked to put me on hold. After being on hold for 5 minutes I decided to hang up and call back. When I called it went to a message saying the store was closed. I was very unimpressed with whom ever was working, the least they could do was tell me they were closing at 11:00 instead and I would have completely understood! Very unprofessional to put someone on hold until you close and not tell them!!
