Jimmy John's - Saint Paul

I wanted to know where my food was. They said they were back for 30 minutes. I can't eat today. No point to order before time, I guess.

The sandwiches always taste great, but this is the fourth time I ordered my lunch 15 min before I start break and wait for it!! It was 40 minutes for my order! I would be okay if this was a one-time thing or they called and said it was busy, it will be longer, but now my lunch break is over and I will not eat!

I work near this place, and the delivery service is always very fast. I never had a problem with food quality or taste, but the consistency was touched and gone. I always order online and on numerous occasions have received my order with errors most often items that were asked to be omitted (onions, etc. were included, and the sandwiches were not cut in half on request. It can be a little frustrating. I love JJ's and will definitely order further from this place, but a bit more attention to detail would be nice!

Ordered delivery, took over 30 min to get food. Not freeky fast. My order was missing a sandwich. Then it took almost 30min to get that sandwich. Sandwiches tasted good though and if you go into the store they are quick.

To say nothing negative about this JJ. fast clean
