Domino's Pizza - Saint Paul

Ordered pizza, checked the status after an hour of no updates and the tracker said it had been delivered, looked around outside can't find anything then 10 minutes later get an email saying my order was cancelled. It's past midnight now and pretty much no food places are open, really screwed up my dinner plans for the night. Probably not be the employees fault if they get online orders beyond what is possible to fulfill but then the company should prob do something to fix it, or at least tell me when I order it's impossible instead of an hour later when all other options have disappeared.

This was just delivered to us ..in this condition...ice cold and broken up like this..why would anyone do this to anyone? We've been on hold 15 mins so far.

Literally ordered a pizza online at 8:45 pm. It?s now 10 pm and when I called the store, it puts you on hold for 30+ minutes and you cannot speak to an actual person. Then, when I got through, someone picked up the phone and put it on the counter so I could hear them talking and hear the ringing of the phone of others calling in, but no one actually picked it up to talk to me. It?s a complete disaster. As a former restaurant manager, this makes me crazy. Always answer the phone. Always address the customer. Never order from this place. (I actually don?t usually, but with most places in Saint Paul closing early, options are limited. But if it?s going to be like this, then just don?t.

Waited 2 or almost 3 hours for the pizza last time so I decided to do carry out. They said it was ready for pick up, went to pick it up and it wasn?t even ready yet. Told them I was picking up an order and they just walked away. Honestly, I don?t even know why this dominos is still here if there is this much of a bad review on here. WORST dominos ever!

Placed an order for delivery. Was told 20 minutes. Almost two hours later, I get cold pizzas delivered that taste like cardboard. Won't be ordering from this location anymore.
