Dino's The Greek Place - Saint Paul

It's been a while since my last visit to Dino's, and I'm not sure when the menu, plating, and beverage containers were updated. However, I’m not a fan of the new beverage containers or the new plates; I much prefer the baskets that were used before. That said, the food is still good, although the gyros seem to be smaller than I remember.

This restaurant offers a quick-service twist on Mediterranean cuisine, and it was quite enjoyable. However, paying $10 for a gyro feels a bit steep. When you add fries and a drink, the price gets close to what you’d pay for a steak at a place like Texas Roadhouse. Still, prices seem to be higher everywhere these days. Overall, it’s a nice option! I really enjoy Dino's! The food is fantastic, especially the fries, as they make them fresh for each order. However, I've noticed some inconsistencies when ordering. The menu states that the plates come with veggies, rice, and your choice of meat, but every time I've ordered it (a handful of times), I've received it without the veggies. I always have to request extra veggies to add to my plate. It would be great if you could update your menus to clarify this.

I really like the Greek salad and chicken gyro. I get the spicy feta its really good.

I have been wanting to try this place for many many years and just never got around to it after events at the fair grounds. Finally got around to trying it and splurged on some different menu items.
