Chipotle Mexican Grill - Saint Paul

Yesterday, for the third consecutive time, I ordered a burrito with guacamole online, but it arrived without the guacamole again. Do they intentionally cut back on extras when you aren’t there to check, hoping you won’t notice what’s missing? The burrito was delicious even without the guacamole, but this is the third time I’ve paid extra for something I didn’t actually receive.

I received my order without the Mexican Coke I requested. There was also no guacamole, fajita veggies, or sour cream in my bowl. I checked the receipt and the name was correctly listed on the bag, so I’m quite disappointed.

I ordered a steak salad bowl with a tortilla on the side. There was barely enough lettuce to consider it a proper salad, and I only received about three bites' worth of steak. The portion size was significantly smaller compared to what I usually get when ordering a burrito in person. For $20, the delivery was definitely not worth it.

If you order for pickup, Check your food before you leave because you be missing toppings or even a part of your order. Tried this location 3 times because I was hoping the first 2 were a fluke.. still disappointed. The folks there are nice enough- it seems like the restaurant doesn't give them the right supplies to succeed. The positive thing is the Pepper chat in the app will hook you up if you have a bad experience so you can try a different location.

I ordered 2 burrito bowls and 2 Mexican cokes, paid over $50 with delivery charges and this is what shows up at my door. I received 1 quesadilla with some similar ingredients (and sauce spilling off the side) and 1 Mexican coke, looked at the information and it wasn’t even my order. I managed to get ahold of their support team who told me that they’d refund my card in 3-5 business days…that’s it. No inconvenience deals for yet again screwing up my order. Just the “ you won’t get your money back for 3-5 business days”
