Carbone's Pizzeria - Saint Paul

Website says they close at 9 showed up about 8pm thurs night with wife a daughter hoping to get some food in our bellies before we went home and got ready for bed drove to west Saint just for him to tell us we just missed our opportunity to order mind you they don’t close until 9 or so the website says so I asked if there’s a reason for them closing at 8 and he acted like he was gonna go and let me order something by then I was just ready to take my business elsewhere. Ordered via process on their website. Nothing but problems, staff said they never received our order, delivery driver said that everything says it’s the right locations, manager said it wasn’t his problem and hung up on me. Left us to figure out what went wrong, told us to call other locations, spent 20 minutes calling other locations. Turns out they did have our order, but the problem was they didn’t check the name and only checked which delivery service it was from idiotic. Manager made excuses and ignored concerns $65 for 2 pizzas. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Yum.... one of my favorite(s) pizza joint in twin cities. Great thin crust pepperoni, most def. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
