Taj Mahal - Saint-Omer

1 hour wait for something warmed up in the microwave (there were 4 of us, and no one else in the restaurant). Food good but not exceptional. For the price, we expected better.

Very good but poor quality/price ratio. I'm not talking about the framework that does not inspire too much to settle.

I rarely write negative reviews but there I'm really not happy: dishes not very good, dry and little raised what is a shame for Indian cuisine. big disappointment for the pink lassi that has little taste and is too sweet. reception quite cold, we were changed from table in progress without really reason since the restaurant was almost empty and no one arrived then. especially many unpleasant remarks from the waiter: he wants to know why my friend doesn't eat cheese (because she doesn't like it, yes even the cow laughs useless to insist,) why I don't eat more rice with my dish (because I'm no longer hungry.) and especially in the middle of the meal I have the right to the argument about the vegetarian menu (see commentary). I feel compelled to justify myself in front of the whole room that listens to us: I have already eaten meat at noon and I prefer to eat only once a day, I think it's better for my health and the environment. Well, I'm wrong because he's got a PhD in biology and he knows better than I should eat more meat. and perhaps, free to you to publish scientific articles to demonstrate this, in the meantime I believe that by going to a restaurant we have the right to choose our menu without having to justify it. I really don't understand the purpose of these reviews and comments, apart from embarrassing and spoiling customers. If that's it, it's very good!

We went to family, we had a very good night. the waiter is friendly and good advice, the pleasant setting and we discovered a good spicy cuisine just as it takes.

Reception and service are pleasant. The first disappointment was the lassi, little taste and my taste not cold enough. The bread was excellent, however, whether it was the entrances or the dishes, it was any and fade...The worst was the dessert, always very fade and for my smear cake not really fresh (oxidized on the surface and with beautiful crevasses). It's a shame, an Indian restaurant would evade our usual flavors but I'll avoid going back.
