O Delices de Lisa

No doubt this is the best ice-cream store in Marseille. Don't fall for the tourist traps and go straight to this place if you're searching for an ice-cream.

"Why is it you Danes eat so much ice cream?" This was the question we were asked by the owner of Vanille Noire when we told him we were from Denmark.

Vanille Noir in French translates to Black VanillaSo there was no doubt in my mind that I had to get the black vanilla to try.

A new couple of restaurateurs settled in the premises of the former snacck, or lisa delights, renamed: the corner, since it is located at the corner of an old building in the center of town. The chef's snack kitchen is excellent. fries and all the dishes offered are houses (except desserts that are of very good quality). The meat is bought in the morning at the butcher of the corner, the salads are copied, very beautiful presentation, worthy of a good restaurant. I have a special inclination for hot goat salad. the many sandwiches are hot or cold depending on the taste of each, the hamburgers are varied. they offer several meals served at any time of the day. prices are more than reasonable given the quality of food and service. I strongly recommend this place where you can even enjoy the spring sun on the terrace!

Lunch of a kebab that has only the name: the meat is composed of reheated turkeys, not grilled kebab because no kebab machine. The cool salad, I had to make the sort to remove the abimated leaves. The table sets are not clean, remaining from the previous meal that has stumbled me...Break, bad meal, to avoid!
