Pleasant and trendy interior restaurant. outdoor large terrace with vegetation. kitchen side pretty good. 3 visits including a birthday and no disappointment. correct price
The hotel restaurant is called cote dujardin and apparently very popular. At lunchtime on a Monday afternoon, the vast terrace is practically full of the formula of the day is faux trafficker and dessert for 15.90 is a good dessert, but the faux filet didn't look like anything. We've never ordered entrecoge in francs. Because you're guaranteed. Half a plate of fat, but this piece of flesh was remarkable stroke. It keeps sighing and supporting in francs. A really good piece of red meat on your plate for a reasonable price.
We booked in the early evening for that night and were glad we did as it was extremely busy. My husband had steak and I had duck breast. Both were very large and cooked exactly as we had requested. The potatoes and vegetable accompaniments were very good too, We had a bottle of Gigondas at a reasonable price. The tables are quite close together and it is a very large garden terrace so probably not the ideal place if you are looking for a romantic meal 'a deux'.
You would not expect this quality of food looking at the town at first sight, but there is a reason 3 local people recommended to me when I was walking up and down the few streets and asking people where was a good place to have a great dinner. I had the filet of veal with morel mushrooms and a morel mushroom sauce! Really very good! I asked for vegetables and the chef had placed a big portion of wok cooked zucchinis, carrots, onions, snap peas, and a little side salad. Then I asked for the cheese plate and since one of the three cheeses they said was on the plate was camambert (and I am not keen on it) they changed it with a lovely conte and served it all with a little truffle oil and wonderfully fresh baked crusty bread!
