Chef Philippe Combet orchestrated a true symphony of flavors at the restaurant 'L 'Accent du Soleil '. The scrambled egg casserole with truffles awakened our taste buds, followed by the rack of veal cooked in a casserole dish, a perfect harmony of textures and of tastes. Hats off to such refined and gourmet cuisine. A huge thank you also to the chef 's wife, who provided impeccable service. Her attention to detail, kindness and professionalism greatly contributed to making our experience exceptional. A service as perfect as the chef 's cuisine. We will return with great pleasure to once again savor this perfect combination of culinary delights and warm hospitality.

During our stays in the hérault we usually book a table for two at i’accent du soleil. it is always a joy to enjoy a refined gastronomic cuisine with adapted weeps. the service is very fast, even if several tables are occupied and as foreigners they always receive the necessary explanation if they do not understand the French names of the ingredients. all the elements in each beautifully decorated plate are made to house.
