La Brasserie du Sillon is located in Chaussée Sillon, in Saint-Malo. Very originality in the menu and reasonable prices. A very good wine letter. In the menu; seafood dishes, chucrut, oysters, risotto, scallops ... A delight for the palate. There is an impressive sea view ... It's really beautiful. I suggest booking to make sure there'll be room because it's usually full.

Let's start with the beginning. Very nice house. warm interior, vivarium., hot, at least on the way to the right facing the sea with wood and carpet furniture. beautiful map, good products. personal seems to give more attention to accustomed people, probably normal, but too blasphemy.

Reservation made for a Saturday evening at 9pm. the restaurant was filled and it felt at the level of waiting between the dishes (the waiter apologized for it.) at the level of the dishes, very wide choice on the map for all budgets. for a menu of less than 30 euros, we were able to have a seafood tray at the entrance, the main wing of the dish and a floating island in dessert (small dish on the dessert that didn't have much taste.) the great positive point according to me remaining the location by the sea.
