Pizza Hut - Saint Louis

I was halfway to the restaurant when I received a call informing me that they were out of the crust I had ordered, so I had to make some changes. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I pressed the button to notify them of my arrival, but it connected to a customer service line instead of the restaurant itself. They never knew I was waiting outside. I ended up having to go inside to find out why it was taking so long to get my order. The cashier informed me that I was supposed to send a text when I arrived, but I explained that I had used the tap-to-call button. It was not a great experience this time. On another occasion, I also had to go inside to pick up my pizza, even though I had ordered for curbside pickup and received confirmation it would be brought out to me. It looks like I need to start going to a different location.

I really love this place! The food always looks amazing, and my orders are always right. The only issue I have isn't with the restaurant or its employees; it's the club next door that takes up all the parking spaces.

I'm not exaggerating when I say this was a case of food poisoning. The sauce was raw, and the cheese on the pizza was barely cooked at all. Most of the cheese that was cooked fell right off the pizza. I also requested stuffed crust, but they served me regular crust instead. It was unbelievably disappointing, and honestly, I would have preferred eating rotten cheese.

It's been years since I've had Pizza Hut, but for some reason it sounded good last night. The pizza was WONDERFUL! The sauce was flavourful, crust perfectly done, and lots of Pineapple! YUM! I do miss the seasonings on the crust though. The breadsticks hadvery little seasoning but were still very tasty and perfectly cooked. The mini Cinnabons were REALLY GOOD! Quite satisfied withmy food!

The manager was extremely rude. I waited 15 minutes before he ever appeared to take my order. He literally just threw my receipt on the counter while I was still waiting at the register. Customer service at this place is absolutely terrible
