O'shay's - Saint Louis

Had the fish and chips. There were 4 'fingers ' of fish and a large pile of fries (breaded). It was a $10 lunch special.

This has become my new favorite place for lunch. Their cocktails are all priced under $9, and the food is absolutely incredible. I think I noticed a sign mentioning that Monday nights feature 75-cent wings and $2 domestic beers. The quality of the food is fantastic for the prices! I’ve never been so satisfied with every aspect of my lunch experience. I can’t wait to return!

The menu isn't extensive, but everything they offer is delicious. We tried the brisket nachos, which are made with their homemade potato chips instead of the usual tortilla chips—so tasty! The mild wings were also excellent, and the black bean burger was great too. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. This is definitely a place worth visiting!

I found the dinner crowd to be quite sparse, yet surprisingly noisy. There were only three tables occupied and about ten people at the bar, yet I struggled to hear my partner across the table, even though it was only around 6 PM. The dinner itself was tasty, and the service was fast and friendly. However, while the food was enjoyable, it didn’t quite live up to the price. I was a bit taken aback by the potato skin appetizer, which cost $8.25 but included only four pieces. My partner's salad, which featured fried fish, was also on the pricey side at over $10, yet it was rather basic and not particularly impressive. Overall, the food was decent (albeit a bit expensive) and the service was commendable, but if you prefer a quieter atmosphere while dining, this may not be the place for you. I might consider giving this restaurant another chance, but I wasn’t particularly impressed.

This is actually a very kid friendly place with game consoles for your squirmy and impatient kiddos. The food is decent and staff always friendly. This is one of our favorite neighborhood spots to take the whole family! Everything is good and you gotta try one of each of everything at some point. That pub cheese is on point!
