Mom's Deli - Saint Louis

Always having issues with this place since the passing of mom. Call in orders and the crew told us the sandwich would be done in twenty, show up twenty minutes after phone call and they won’t let us have the sandwiches cause we are late. That I understand but why can’t the kids tell us the store closes in 15 minutes, but you can come in 20. Makes no sense. Definitely need some adults to work there, rather than only children.

Top notch local sub spot. The Mom’s Special is the way to go and if you come around lunch time on the weekend be ready to wait a few minutes in line. Absolutely worth it, but this place is popular among us locals.

This was my first experience at Mom’s Deli and will likely be my last. This place is Extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Employees were rude and seemed to not know how to do their jobs. I was asks 3 separate times what my order was (I got a meatball sub very simple). There seemed be no one in charge and employee messing around.

I normally don't review places but mom's deli is different!! Great vibe when you go on, feels like a mom and pop shop with the best sandwiches and potato salad!! Try the dad's special or the beef Philly, you can't go wrong!

I just had Mom’s for the first time today! It was amazing! Love the food, love the people!
