Contribuiți la feedbackI bought a sandwich and asked for cheese. I took the sandwich to the office and didn't notice any cheese, even though I paid for it. So the sandwich took back and complained. They gave me another salt I didn't want. Don't complain about this Jimmy Johns. Bad service. I will not come back and advise my friends to do the same.
I paid over $20 for awful service. My order taker, Daunte, was amazing and gave me no issues. Keep in mind I'm a stressed out college student so I'm already in a time crunch and having a bad day. This guy just made it so much worse. My 4 year old nephew is smarter than him. The receipt clearly said to meet in the lobby of Medaille. He was sitting in his car in front of a different hall. Told me since I was having phone issues I shouldn't have placed the order. I'll take his advice and not order from this location.
The food at this restaurant is consistently excellent and fresh. The staff is always kind, professional, and courteous. Please note that they currently have reduced hours due to COVID.
I've never taken the time to write a review before, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I work in costume services and usually give others the benefit of the doubt in this industry. However, I ordered through the app and ended up waiting two hours for my food, which never arrived. They didn't adhere to the delivery instructions provided, and I received no assistance or customer support from the staff at Jimmy John's.
I've ordered from this restaurant twice in the past 30 days, and I regret it both times. The first delivery took an hour and 14 minutes, and the food arrived warm but mushy. Today, I ordered for myself and a co-worker. My sandwich had cucumber on it—when did a Club LULU come with cucumber and soggy bread? I will never order from here again. The service is far from fast, and the sandwiches are disappointing. Big letdown!!!
