Contribuiți la feedbackThat was my first brunch for my non-profit organization. Only at check-in I waited for half an hour to not sit as a big group. Then there is nothing but big groups that went out that where I sat together, then I heard guest about the AC not working nobody who worked there advised me of the situation. So I recommended my ladies, and that's not what the other ladies did. Since I've been there with some ladies, we're tired of making the best of it. But omg the place was so hot after we found our food which was great. We have all agreed that we can enjoy it because it is so hot that everyone used the menus as fans. We drank more than eating. Our waitress was brilliant, she did the best she could under the circumstances. Yeah, we tipped. I really think everyone should come up at check-in due to lack of communication. I could try again.
What a terrible experience. I went there with my mother in April 2022. We waited 15 minutes for placement and then 45 minutes for our food. At the end of the meal we were finally given water and we had to ask twice. They mixed the gluten-free bread and the regular and it got me sick. The bill was inaccurate. The food portions were very small. I never come back here. I suppose they were heavily understated. For what we paid, I would imagine they could pay their waiters a little better and offer a decent service.
The Staple of FB seems to be the beer. I was just here twice and never liked alcohol so much. Both times I was here, I never ordered the alcohol. While I don't order too many items I have ordered, the full rack ribs are definitely the best option. They come with two sides and very delicate perfect ribs. You're really better than those who can even cook the parents of my black girlfriend. We have always left happy and although the service is sometimes a little slow, the staff are incredibly nice. The only complaint I consider to be nothing is that, although they have a lot of seating, we still had to wait a considerable long section (I say 15 minutes is considerably long because as many tables were open), they were perhaps short staffed, but it was still a good experience overall.
On 3/6/22 I visited the restaurant and had a reservation scheduled. I had to wait longer bcuz the host said she needed to clean the table. Which was fine. However their was an entire section of tables on the other side of the restaurant empty. Upon getting seated at my table it appears the host just tossed the trash on the floor and seats. When I ordered my food I asked for a drink but never received it with my meal until I mentioned that I didn?t get my drink. Upon receiving my food I tried it. It was okay definitely not the best and what made it worse was the chicken it taste burnt. It was supposed to be grilled but it just had a burnt taste to it which I didn?t finish my food. My spouse did enjoy his. When my spouse asked for a to go box and the receipt. The waiter came back with the box and no receipt. Then asked did we need anything else. So he asked for the receipt again. All in all I was really excited to try this restaurant but due to the quality of food I won?t be back. Plus when I got home I received an email stating my reservation was canceled by the restaurant however I kept my reservation and was at the restaurant. It?s so many things wrong with this establishment that need to be corrected. I?ve never had that happen
So we read the reviews before we went and hoped that the issues of slow/bad service was just a few 1-offs but we did run into issues with our waitress being very slow, she messed up our drink order and brought the wrong beers and we literally saw her about 4 time the hour and a half we were there. The upside was the place is clean and the food is quite good. I posted pictures of what we ordered. All in all I would suggest trying the place if you have time to sit and wait for things, hence the 4 star review.
