Domino's Pizza - Saint Louis

The delivery driver was friendly and pleasant. Although my order wasn't correct, which slowed things down a bit, the restaurant took care of everything and went above and beyond to make it right.

Let me share my experience: I placed my order at 5:37 PM, intending to treat my friends to a nice dinner on their first night home with their newborn. By 6 PM, with the order still stuck at the prep stage on the tracker, I decided to call the restaurant. After being on hold for 9 minutes, I finally spoke with a female employee (I didn’t catch her name), who informed me that the online tracker is not reliable and that my order hadn’t even been started yet. She estimated it would take another 30 to 35 minutes. By 7 PM, when my friends still hadn’t received their dinner, I called again and spoke with a woman named Emily. She checked on my order and told me it was just coming out of the oven. The food finally arrived just before 7:30 PM. Overall, this experience left me very frustrated. This was not my usual restaurant, and while the staff I interacted with were courteous, the ordering process itself fell short of expectations.

Had this a little bit ago and has an issue with my order? they corrected the issue with a credit! Today! 7/27/22 Eric answered and I believe prepared the best Domino?s I?ve had in a very long time! Thank you very much!!

My daughter and I walked in and staff greeted us with a welcome and smile. It was 1000 degrees (inside and out) and they were clearly extremely busy. They were still friendly and we did not wait long at all???? all 3 pizzas and bread perfect....overallone of the best customer service experiences. Thank you!

The service was exceptionally slow. While the staff who are there are friendly and prepare tasty food, upper management's refusal to offer fair wages makes it difficult to retain drivers. The person in charge of these decisions should be ashamed of themselves.
