Burger King - Saint Louis

I wanted to give this place one star, but I decided on two because the service was impressively fast. I stood in line behind about seven people and received my food within minutes, and it was hot when I got it. However, I ordered the original chicken sandwich with tomatoes, and there were none. Additionally, this sandwich usually comes topped with a generous layer of fresh shredded lettuce, but instead, there was just a sparse sprinkling of lettuce crumbs baked into the mayonnaise-covered bun, as if they had been tossed in randomly while preparing another sandwich. What a disappointment.

The worst place I've ever been! If you can overlook the fact that the staff completely ignores you at the counter, you're still better off eating somewhere else. As for the food, I had to send my order back three times because it was completely wrong. Each time, they just stood around and stared, without offering any assistance. They were extremely rude. The place was dirty as well. I wouldn't come back here even if I could give it zero stars.

I usually avoid writing reviews, even when I don't enjoy a place, but I felt compelled to share my experience here due to the poor service. The cashier was quite rude. I ordered the Jr-Wurpf combination without salad or tomatoes (since I’m allergic to tomatoes), and it arrived with everything I requested to omit, plus cheese that shouldn’t have been included in the first place. The bun was cold, and the burger itself tasted old, making me feel nauseous before my flight. She also forget to give me my drink cup, and when I asked for it, her response was unsatisfactory. All the staff seemed unprofessional, even with no one else in line. Overall, the service was terrible, and the food was not good either. I strongly advise against eating here!

My experience at Burger King was terrible. I decided to use the online kiosk. When we finished our order, it tried to print the reception, but nothing came out. When we got our order and it was all messed up and there was a burger everywhere on one level. I do not recommend this Burger King there?s a Starbucks next to it go Starbucks

They have the veggie burger here! I was fortunate enough to have a layover here during their veggie burger promotion and I was not disappointed. I used their on-screen ordering system and my food was brought out quickly. Please make this a nation-wide item, it was so good!
