Sea Terrace At Royal Victoria

Horrible everything! 0 out of !Honestly wasted my time, money.Restaurant based on Royal Victoria Hotel.I assumed it was really good, as hotel look fancy enough.Me and my boyfriend came to check it out, as we were walking around day before and saw the sign outside, I think it was saying Michaelen star awarded, but I am not sure, might be mistaken. StuffVery welcoming, attentive. FoodWe ordered burgers. Both burgers looked okay, tasted ordinary, tomato was cold, meat tasted funny, like cheap meat from supermarket. BillPrices are average!Please do not waste your time!To management,Please invest more in your food quality.It’s an embarrassment!

Worked at the hotel for 2 weeks. Left, and the owner of the business refused to pay for 80 hours of my time. Almost £700 that was. Had to seek legal advice, acas contacted them but no luck. The only way to go after that was the Employment Tribunal but I can’t really deal with that just before Christmas. Shame really. Staff is the only good thing about this place but treated badly. 8-hour shifts with no breaks, you can pretty much only leave the desk to go to bathroom but have to be quick ???? You could also be told off for having a conversation with your colleague during the shift, apparently that means you have nothing to do.. so I am guessing you are expected to be quiet for 8 hours too. Just awful.

Serene and conducive environment with adequate electricity and tight security.

Had afternoon tea here with my kids. The guy serving us was very helpful. Will definitely return.

Had a meal at the hotel last night which was disgusting and could not be eaten complained at the time ...came home and have spent the night throwing up and all morning feel awful. .will not be eating there again ruiened my weekend
