I ordered the strawberry cake and cannolis online for my mom and family for her birthday and they loved it!! Thank you so much! I'm happy I found a great bakery to treat my mom in Montreal while I was in Ottawa.

This restaurant is fantastic. They offer a wonderful variety of desserts and everything is of top-notch quality. Their Crema is the best!

The customer service at this restaurant seems to be a thing of the past. I have felt like I am a disturbance rather than a valued client on more than one occasion. Despite this, I decided to give them another try this morning. I asked for an Italian bread, as it is an Italian bakery after all. The clerk retrieved one from the back and I thanked him. I also decided to purchase some cold cuts and pastries. However, another clerk came out and informed me that the bread was reserved, as were all the others, and they took it away. There was no apology or offer of something else. I politely paid for the cold cuts that I had already selected and left without purchasing anything else. It seems that everything at this bakery is reserved, as otherwise they are out or taken away without warning. Despite the lack of customer service, it appears they are popular enough not to need more clients, as another customer commented on the lack of available bread.

I enjoy their pastries, but I am not a fan of their cakes. Personally, I feel that their cakes are not well executed. In all fairness, the cakes are decent, but nothing exceptional.

This was a wonderful discovery ! Amazing pastry shop close by to us and our home. We ordered a Strawberry Shortcake online for Valentine's Day and it was ready on time and it was delicious. Great service and staff was very helpful. Will be definitely going back for other items that the shop was selling and to discovery.
