By walking in the very pretty village of Ambialet, we have heard by chance very praiseworthy comments on this restaurant. The restaurant is full, we booked for the next night. A priori, the map seems modest, but the interest is the high quality of the products and the finesse of the kitchen. The menu with its half and whole portions allows to multiply the possibilities of tasting, all with a very friendly welcome. Four admissions, four dishes, four desserts, one bottle of Gaillac, two coffees for less than one hundred euro or less than 25€ per person. A bucolic setting, pretty shaded terrace on the banks of the Tarn. Really a very good restaurant for the finesse of its cuisine as well as its quality ratio. Not to be missed in this sector.

Excellent for the kitchen as well as the reception. Excellent cuisine, original, tasteful, delicious. The art of the kitchen is well represented by his chief. Each dish is a journey, as for desserts it is summum.

Top! Good selection of beers and wines. Single house kitchen but very well executed! Shaded terrace with plenty of space between the tables... In short we will return...
