First time at the St Joe location and last time. Already seemed run down but benefit of the doubt. Took a bite of a potato Ole and it had the consistency of what I would expect if you left it out in your car and then microwaved it. I chucked all the food out. I honestly think that place needs a health inspection visit. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Their drive through speaker has been broken for well over a year now, after having to literally shout at the box and being told they still couldn't hear me, I suggested they get a new system, or at least fix this one as it's nearly impossible to order at times. I was then spoken down to and and told I don't have any idea the cost, which I don't, but I do know about running a business. I know there's always a solution when it comes to being able to effectively sell a product. The employee informed me that it would cost over $20k to replace the system. After some research, I found that for a few hundred dollars they could buy something that would be much more effective then their current system. With that being said, a cup and string might work better.I like the food, but the condescending tone of the conversation had with that employee doesn't make me want to come back. Just fix the problem, there's almost always a phesable solution you just have to find it.
