Little Caesars Pizza - SAINT JOHNS

We ordered two pizzas and were told that for large orders, we should have ordered online. The staff member was rude, barely responding to my questions, and instead just grunted and pointed to the menu board. He seemed frustrated with us and asked if we wanted cheese pizza. This was my first and last visit to this restaurant.

The staff was quite rude, and the customer service was terrible. Additionally, my pizza was burned severely! It was a very disappointing experience.

The girl at the counter was very friendly. The food was excellent!

Ordered via mobile for my bf to pick up. When he arrived, no one acknowledged him coming in, he grabbed what he thought had the whole order from the pizza portal, just to get home and find the cookie brownies I had ordered were missing. He ended up calling, and whoever he talked to apparently didn't sound too concerned. So he drove the 15 minutes back to the store for them to just hand him the brownies and send him on his way. Extremely disappointing service
