This is a typical Tims. It's a coffee shop They were very friendly for service. As far as anything else, I only picked up a coffee but it was hot and as I ordered

Staff was fast and friendly It was early morning lots of trucks and work vehicle, people making breakfast order. Order were delivered quick, hot with a smile

I went at Tim Hortons in St Quentin NB and let me tell you that customer service is number 1. I also noticed that drive thru orders are really driving through not stopping by. Great place to eat and rest on the go. The food was also fresh and excellent.

When I ordered at the drive-thru, the attendant took my money and walked away. I called him and asked where my order was. He responded in a rude and high-pitched voice, telling me to wait. Another lady approached and told him to give me a chance. He came back to the window, threw my $5 at me, and said he wasn't serving me and to go away. I asked to speak to the owner, and he claimed to be the owner. When I asked for his name, he refused to tell me. This is third-rate service. Giving them one star would be too generous.
