Starbucks - Saint John

Really really bad service. I’ve never been to a Starbucks so slow or one that so actively ignores customers. If you’re slow, at least acknowledge people standing there and acknowledge the wait. I’m glad I’m not in SJ as often anymore because this was atrocious. I don’t recommend coming here if you actually want to be served in a timely manner, even if you apply a loose definition of that.

I make a special effort to visit this Starbucks for the exceptional service. The staff is always friendly and goes above and beyond to provide great service.

The staff made a genuine effort to assist us, but unfortunately they did not have any "Been There" cups available. They even went above and beyond by checking other stores for us.

Starbucks, a multi billion dollar company now begging for tips at the drive through. A multi billion dollar company shohld just pay your **** employees, stop begging for handouts.

This location is the best. Sonya in drive thru always makes my visits friendly. I look forward to seeing her in the mornings.
