Contribuiți la feedbackA very lively place for the middle of the week and they became people away! The upper floor restaurant was closed, which left the pub to cope with crowds. I managed to get a table before the second rush. Service was excellent. Atmosphere is cozy and... living at the same time. They offer a crust on their steaks that I tried and was delicious. My order was actually mixed, but I decided to enjoy the cut of steak they brought anyway. I wasn't disappointed. My glass of wine was on the house (or perhaps the waiter). As I was myself, I couldn't share an appetizer. Next visit I'll be back.
This is a loud and multi-stage type of space. It has seen better days regarding tables and chairs and layout. Could use some updates. When a place is called a steak house, you expect a pretty good steak. Steak wasn't great... not so good. That's too bad. Drinks were okay. Service was friendly.
Beautiful atmosphere A little expensive for what you get service is always good burgers and steak were ok, just ok, they wouldn't order again what is strange for a steakhouse! Chicken tacos, meat dew and sweet chicken were really good
Went last week for a team dinner and ordered the Char Crust Steak Medium rarely the first was over and sent back, the second was still overdue, but at this point I was just too hungry to send it back. Good taste, but... no substance at the meal a steak house that does not get it right and about price.
I ordered the ribeye medium rare with the char crust (because I was told on our last visit that it did NOT have any flour in it dietary restrictions), and asked for nothing else on the steak... When they bring our food out, my...steak is covered in a sauce which I can 't have so they have to take it back and remake my order while the rest of my family eats their meals. After about 5 minutes of waiting for my order to be remade, the so called manager come out to inform me that the char crust indeed does have flour in it... So I asked that my steak just be seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic instead. After almost 20 minutes, and well after my family had finished their meals, my food finally arrives. The steak was VERY thin and not even close to medium rare. Oddly enough, the center was medium well and the outer edges were rare it 's usually the exact opposite. I called the manager back over to the table and her facial expressions clearly showed that she had no interest whatsoever in resolving this issue. I asked for the check, in which they were ever so kind not to charge me for my steak.... They 're lucky they didn 't... Then, as we 're walking out I can hear the line cooks (definitely not chefs) talking about me sending my order back can you believe they sent a steak back just because it had flour in the seasoning what a joke, just stay home and eat then ... Needless to say I told the manager on the way out the door that she should probably tell her kitchen help that they shouldn 't be talking **** about their customers, especially when that customer is walking by. We drove over 2 hours, from Maine, just to eat here. Needless to say they will never get another dollar from us!
