Dunkin' - Saint John

Worst dunkin...ever. If I plave an order on the app and they're out of something they replace it with whatever instead of telling me when I pick up. Then they give me an attitude when I go back and tell them. Worst customer service ever. Never asmile, hi good morning...nothing. They're never consistant with abything either. It really stinks I have to drive 10min out ofmy way to go to a different dunkin, but they're not getting my business any more.

Dunkin serves my kind of coffee in my kind of language. Nothing too fancy and large rather grande. Consistent in quality and service.

Waited 15 minutes for pumpkin spice latte and still got it wrong. Then got attitude when they brought the correct drink. Should have read the reviews before we went here.

They advertise the $3 Cold Brew with a big sign and then charge $4.59. I told the girl at the window and she said it's because they charge .11 for an extra shot. Okay, but its still almost $2 more. She said she will let them know and expected me to leave.So when I insisted she check right then and there, they told her to give me a dollar and they will look into it... Franchises donot need to be that greedy where they advertise a nationwide price but charge full price... on top on of that, the cup wasn'tfull snf it tastes nasty..

This location definitely needs work. They have a fly and wasp issue. Please get issue resolved before you are shut down for unsanitary conditions. The staff were polite.
