Restaurant Casse-Croute Chez B

They have the best poutine in St-Jérôme. They are located near the Polyvalente St-Jérôme which is good for the students.

This is a typical neighbourhood restaurant but it is right beside the bike path. There is a terrace but I decided to eat inside since it was cool and most people out on the terrace were smoking.The staff was very friendly and I was served right away. I chose the chicken pita, which was quite good with a big salad and nice fries. Beer choices (as with alot of places in Quebec) were limited to Molson and Coors light.Nothing fancy but honest and good.

Many people rave about Chez B, but I found it to be a dirty take out place, where they over-toasted the bread, and served over-cooked pasta. I have not returned In over a year since the last time I bought a sub there and threw it away uneaten!
