Le Melanie - Saint-Jean-de-Monts

We recently had dinner but it was absolutely terrible and I was very disappointed as I read very good reviews before going there. When my husband's dinner arrived on the table my son noticed something crawling on the plate, it was a caterpillar, not nice....We explained this to the waitress but she just looked at us, no offer of changing the meal etc, no apology or nothing. We paid for the meals and left. I wont be going back there again.

Went with 4 Adults and 5 kids and we were all stuffed leaving the place : . Small safe playground at back of property to let the kids run around seating right beside the playground. I just stopped by for a beer but I thought this was a nice bar. It's very close to the centre and the service is very good.

Attente très longue pour une prise de commande en revanche plus expéditif pour vous faire comprendre qu'il faut laisser votre place ( mon assiette m'a été retirée sans que je puisse finir ) une demie heure pour la commande mais juste vingt minutes pour notre repas, cherchez l'erreur ! Personne au comptoir pas agréable. cuiine moins bonne qu'un M.D

Rapport qualité prix imbattable!Les coupes de glace sont grosses.Par contre l'attente est intolérable arrivés à 19h30 (sur resa-salle vide) on est sortis à 21h30!!Plusieurs relances pour l'attente mais ils étaient débordés!La femme au bar était très désagréable!!!Bref au final le patron a offert 12€ sur une addition à 99€ pour se faire pardonner!Moralité pour un meilleur avis il faut savoir refuser du monde ou décaler les arrivées, cela sera très apprécié par les clients déjà assis.Une amélioration facile à corriger!!
